  1. Reset is a simple application which will restart a Macintosh. It is designed
  2. to work in a Tabby event and will write the following (with correct date and
  3. time) to the Tabby Log:

  5. 11/20/90 7:46:43 Reset - rebooting system
  6.  
  7. If you rename Reset to something else, it will use that name in the Tabby Log.
  8. For instance, if you called it Wham!, it would write:

  10. 11/20/90 7:46:43 Wham! - rebooting system

  12. Included in this archive are two variations on Reset:
  13.  
  14. Restart is a “dumb” version which resets the machine but writes nothing to the
  15. Tabby Log.
  16.  
  17. ShutDown is the same as Restart, but shuts the machine off rather than
  18. restarting it.
